Air pollution is one of the most urgent environmental problems in my community. Air quality in the city is a serious concern due to its proximity to busy highways and industrial areas. These sources’ emissions play a role in several health issues, including lung cancer and asthma. Due to the financial motivations of the industries causing the pollution, it is difficult to resolve this problem. The issue is further made worse by the government’s hesitation to act decisively.
